Hi, I’m Taylor!

& I am your non- diet dietitian bestie & owner of Simply Healthy Nutrition and I am incredibly passionate about empowering women through intuitive eating and rewriting the rules that diet culture instilled in all of us. Why? Because I’ve been there.

Like many woman, I got trapped by diet culture and found myself with orthorexic behaviors, hyper-focused on “clean eating” and stuck in the constant restrict, binge guilt cycle.

I never thought there would be a day where my every thought wasn’t about every morsel of food I was eating or how my body looked in the mirror.

Flash forward four years and I’ve healed my relationship with food, my body, and FEEL the healthiest I ever have. Now, I get to use my education, knowledge, and personal experience to help empower women everyday to break free from the diet cycle for good, because the goal of working with me? You never spend money on a diet again.

Through 1:1 personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to create a balanced, approachable nutrition plan that fits into YOUR lifestyle while helping you create a positive relationship with food.

GROUP COACHING

Group coaching is an 8-week course led by Taylor offering high level 1:1 care and guidance. We touch on: building a healthy relationship with food, understanding macronutrients, and building balanced plates and power packed snacks in an easy accessible way!

SELF-PACED COURSE

This self-paced course packs in all of the same knowledge from the group coaching program for you to do at your own pace! Each module contains videos of Taylor going over the lessons, plus weekly reflection questions to help you grow!
