After years of trying every diet, tracking my macros, knowing every calorie in every food, constantly nit picking my body. I sat down in my metabolism class that was part of my dietetics curriculum and I finally realized, I was doing everything wrong and it wasn’t my fault.

The diet industry sets you up for failure, it’s what keeps you coming back and what keeps them making money.

Think about it. Maybe the diet “worked” because you lost the weight, but it wasn’t sustainable, so you stopped. Another event or vacation pops up, so you go back to the diet that you know “worked.” Thus, creates the constant cycle of yo-yo dieting and before you know it, you’re spending your entire life gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. always ending up frustrated on the other side.

  • A Registered Dietitian passionate about empowering women to break free from diet culture. Having personally experienced the negative impact of food obsession in her own life and relationships, Taylor has dedicated her career to helping women understand nutrition and metabolism, enabling them to fuel their bodies and feel their best.

    With a BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and a Masters in Nutrition, Taylor combines her expertise and personal journey to guide women towards a lifelong balanced, intuitive approach to eating.

    When she's not creating content about nutrition, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her dogs, trying new restaurants with her husband, or sipping a maple latte reading a spicy novel.

  • A Health Coach on a mission to help women break free from the all-or-nothing mindset and embody a balanced lifestyle. Having personally struggled with the cycle of strict diets, binge eating, and burnout, Cassidy understand the toll that obsessing over food and abandoning self-care can take on one's well-being.

    As a founding behavior change coach on WW's D360 platform, Cassidy has dedicated her career to guiding women through the mental and emotional shifts necessary for sustainable habit change. Her content empowers women to prioritize their needs, navigate the unlearning of diet culture, and cultivate a nurturing narrative with food and their bodies.

    When she's not sharing insights about creating a balanced life, you can find Cassidy cooking, baking, exploring her local farmers' market or at the beach.
