Hi, I’m Taylor Grasso
& I’m a non-diet dietitian and the CEO of Simply Healthy. I firmly believe in the power of intuitive eating because I’ve seen how well it works for myself and all of the women I’ve worked with.
I graduated from Iowa State University in 2019 with my BS in Dietetics and went on to complete my internship and Masters degree in 2021. I’ve worked in retail dietetics, public health, and community nutrition in various roles, but what always called to me was working with women to help them get out of the diet cycle & experience the freedom I had felt by giving up food rules and restrictions after a 4 year battle with an eating disorder called orthorexia.
I started sharing content in 2022, working to bust nutrition myths and show women that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated and you don’t have to feel controlled by food. Fast forward a few years and I’ve helped so many women heal their relationship with food and find balance in their lives.
In my free time, I absolutely adore soaking up quality time with my amazing husband, Zack, and our two fur babies, Luigi and Poppi. There's nothing like the great outdoors to fill my heart with joy, especially when mountains are part of the scenery - yep, I'm a granola girl through and through! My go-to activities for feeling alive include pumping up with some strength training, melting away stress in hot yoga, and taking the pups on a walk. When it's time to unwind, you'll find me snuggled up with a romance novel and a maple syrup latte in hand (seriously, it's a game-changer). But, most likely, you'll catch me buzzing with energy in my kitchen, either conjuring up some delicious recipes or filming content with a big smile for all my online besties!
